Events that will never be forgotten.

So you’ve got something big planned. Maybe it’s a wedding, maybe it’s a corporate retreat, maybe it’s a long overdue shin dig with friends and family OR maybe, just maybe, it’s a vehicle release (because that’s something most of us do at least once a year). Whatever your reason for bringing your peeps together, we have the place for you.

With accomodation for 24 people (if you don’t mind sharing a bed with your boss), a fully wired meeting room with high speed internet, presentation screen, seating for 12, a purpose built wedding chapel, multiple alfresco ceremony sites, a huge purpose built marque site complete with power, water and bogs (that’s toilets for those of you who didn’t grow up in 80’s) , 8klm of tracks suitable for light off-road vehicle presentations, 10km of all weather heavy 4wd tracks suitable for the biggest and meanest of off-road vehicles (including a self drive option), 4km of soft off-roader presentation tracks, in-house catering for up to 50 people and certified facilities for external caterers to work their magic if your friend circle extends past 50, AND best of all, a plethora of exhilarating and/or relaxing activities to wind down (or up depending on how you look at it) after the working day is done.

Even better we can do all the heavy lifting for you. From transport, to catering, to staging, to event planning, to site management we do it all AND we do it freakn well (there’s that modesty again).

So you're looking for that fairy tail venue to tie the knot. A place so manicured and perfect that aristocracy would be proud to join their lineal houses there…WELLLLLLL Dirt Farm ain’t for you. We are all about rustic AND fun, fun, FUN.

We know the ceremony's is an important part of your day (because otherwise it would just be a party and not a wedding) and at Dirt Farm you can choose from a range of picture perfect ceremony sites for the official bit of your day. From our rustic wedding chapel, to alfresco options with sea views, mountain views or native bush back drops, we have something for every fun loving nature enthusiast looking to tie the knot. And don’t worry, if nature decides to do the dirty on you and the heavens open up, then we have you covered with onsite ceremony marques to keep your perfect day on track if you choose one of our alfresco sites.

Right, we have the official box ticked, now it’s time to party! Our beautifully rustic reception area can cater for up to 50 guests with all tables, seating, crockery and cutlery provided. If you are looking to self cater, then our equally rustic event kitchen has everything you will need to get the job done including a Brai big enough to cook a human, spits, fridges, grill plates and pizza oven. Can’t be bothered cooking then either let our in-house team cater to your culinary needs or we have certified facilities for outside caterers to work their magic.

Obliged to invite your third cousins, their children, their pets AND a random guy your dad meet on the street 2 days ago, and 50 seats just isn't enough. Then don’t you worry, we got you sorted. Our powered, watered and toileted marque site is a stunningly beautiful place to host up to 15o guests and we will arrange everything you will need, including a plush as marque, staging, tables, chairs and of course catering, you just need to bring the flowers, yourself and a sunny disposition (no groomzilas or bridzilas allowed sorry).

Well that’s your big day done and dusted. I guess all good things must come to an end…or must they? At Dirt Farm our wedding packages are a little different and keep the party rolling through the hangover and out the other side. With luxury accomodation for a good chunk of your wedding party and day after activity options to get the adrenaline pumping and/or the soul peaceful, our wedding packages create memories that will last a life time.

Oh no! Somehow you and your colleagues now spell TEAM with an “I” in it. That’s never a good thing! But don’t worry, Dirt Farm can sort that out quick smart. Our range of activities and team building challenges will force your team to work together in fun, exciting and mildly competitive ways. Whether its saving the world from a Zombie Apocalypse, solving engineering conundrums, or simply working together (under the watchful eye of our culinary experts) to create the perfect wood fired feast, we can come up with a team building day/s that will suit all access/mobility, personality needs and is guaranteed to remove that pesky “I” from TEAM.

Nestled in nature, but still fully connected with high speed internet, premium AV Equipment, onsite IT Support, breakout spaces, activities and mouthwatering catering Our facilities and team will help you to make your time together efficient and effective, allowing you to brainstorm, collaborate and plan in a meaningful way. Large or small, we can cater to groups of 6 - 24 and can organise everything for you from transport, to accomodation to the days schedule.

At Dirt Farm we don’t do refined, we don’t do mediocre and we don’t do cookie cutter; We do UNFORGETTABLE! And that’s exactly what your vehicle launch event at Dirt Farm will be; UNFORGETTABLE!

From planning, event coordination, logistics, transport, catering, staging, quest accomodation, we do it all, working with you to ensure that your launch event at Dirt Farm is unique and tailored specifically to your needs, allowing your vehicle to shin like the star it is.

Our extensive network of Self Drive, Pro AND Extreme 4wd tracks, have been meticulously designed and constructed for uncompromising safety and all year round usability (rain, hail or shine). BUT are still jam packed full of 4wd features that would put even the beastiest of off-road beasts to the test. From petrifying rock climbs, skid mark inducing descents, technical log crawls, mud bogs, angulation whoops and a ‘deep as you like’ water feature, your guests will be reaching for the “Oh shit bar“ , while you sit back content in the knowledge that no harm can come to them (or your vehicles). BUT every vehicle is different, with different strengths , and so at Dirt Farm we tailor our tracks for each launch event, ensuring that guests are able to experience your vehicle in an environment that showcases its amazing!

With 2 event areas, full catering facilties, accomodation and a range of adventure activities, Dirt Farm can cater to small intermit release groups, to large multi day launch events of up to 120 people to day.

High up in the foot hills of the Tararua’s, Dirt Farm has endless locations and opportunities for capturing eye watering images of your vehicle with backdrops of the Tasman Sea, Snow capped mountains or beautiful native bush.

Every launch event booking is tailored to your needs and includes:
