CODE OF CONDUCT

  • Stay in control of your bike at all times

  • Be aware of your own ability and familiarise yourself with ALL trails and features before riding them. Maps are available at the cafe and list trail grades, features and hazards

  • Ensure you have the correct equipment and check the maintenance of your bike before riding

  • In the unfortunate case of an accident or injury, please ensure that you report it to a member of staff immediately so that medical assistance can be provided immediately and the incident recorded and reviewed for future reference

  • When riding in the uplift vehicles ensure that you maintain 3 points of contact at all time. Keep all appendages inside the vehicle. Do not embark or disembark the vehicle until directed to do so by the driver

  • Read all signs and follow their instructions

  • Ride only on designated trails. Do not ride down shuttle roads

  • Report any hazards or unsafe trails to Dirt Farm staff

  • Toilets and rubbish bins are there for a reason. Please use them

  • To protect the environment please ensure your bike is clean before arriving at Dirt Farm

  • Drive Mangaone North road with care and respect the well being of other road users


Cancellation & Booking POLICY

  • Dirt Farm reserves the right to cancel any session where management considers there would be a significant risk to riders safety. In the event of a cancellation Dirt Farm will either provide riders with a credit or full refund.

  • All sessions must be paid for in advance.

  • A rider can reschedule a booking online up to 72 hrs prior to the commencement of the session.

  • A session must have a minimum of 6 riders to proceed. In the event of a cancellation due to low numbers, Dirt Farm management will notify customers of the cancellation at least 12 hours before the start of the session and provide a full credit to be used on a future ride session.
