50 mins drive north of Wellington, Dirt Farm is nestled in the foot hills of the Tararua Ranges within spitting distance of all that the Kapiti Coast has to offer. From world renowned Kapiti nature reserve and historic Otaki forks, through to beaches, cafes and outlet stores, Kapiti has more than enough to keep you entertained before or after your Dirt Farm ride session.

Dirt Farm itself sits 5 minutes off State Highway 1 in the hills behind Te Horo township 10km north of Waikanae, easily found by punching 319 Mangaone North Road, Hautere into google maps.

Caution

Access to the park is via a narrow gravel road shared by people, horses, trucks and numerous other cars. For your safety and the safety of others we recommend that you limit your speed to 35 km/h and take great care. Not to be a debbie downer but any complaints about dangerous driving will result in that person will no longer be welcome at Dirt Farm.

Due to limited onsite car parks and of course to help your pockets and the environment, we ask that you please share vehicles whenever possible.
